How AspireSELF Transformed My Restlessness into Clarity: Ainon's Journey

As an undergraduate student, the thought of feeling restless, stress and competitive with each other are totally normal.

It's really opening my eyes when I'm joined AspireSelf: Self Awareness when I'm notice the existence of saboteurs.

After getting the assessment result, It's a very fruitful sharing session as we discover one by one our saboteur, how to overcome it with superpower, our goals and motivation and reflection. It's really helps as we're having a safe space to share and shout out to our awesome facilitators that assists us during the breakout rooms!

This program really a privilege for me and I'm beyond grateful for joining this at the right time. I was given a task to handle a program and luckily, after discover my saboteur on the first week and superpower on the second week, I'm managed to overcome my saboteur (restless) by having a check list to follow up each tasks arrange my time.

Overall, this program is a 10/10. For the lost soul who's struggling to find their self, I would recommend more people out there to joining this program.
