Meet our founder
When I was young, I didn't have a voice. I had no say in what I wanted or needed. I grew up trying to be the “good girl,” chasing achievements and recognition, hoping to hear “I'm proud of you” — but those words never came. I suppressed my emotions, never expressing my true feelings.
Over the years, I met so many people who had never been given the space to be heard — and I saw myself in them: their resilience, strength, and struggle to be seen. It took years of inner work for me to find my voice, face my fears, and embrace who I am.
That's why I founded SELF — to create a space where people can reclaim their voices and strength, knowing they're not alone. Together, we can transform ourselves and the world — one voice at a time.
