2025 · 20 participants

A session on workplace stress — how we quietly create it for ourselves, and the internal resources people already have to meet it. Participants left with a clearer read on their own triggers and practical ways to change how they respond under pressure.

Self-Leadership in Action

2025 · 20 participants

A self-leadership session for the women on the team, exploring how labels and expectations shape the way we lead — across boardrooms, households, and communities — and the practical tools for leading yourself well through all of them.

why bring self to work

Invest in the people behind the work

Wellbeing that lasts

Beyond one-off perks, our sessions give employees practical tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and protect their energy — building resilience that carries well past the workshop.

Connection & belonging

Through experiential, reflective formats, teams build trust and psychological safety. People leave feeling seen and heard — the foundation of collaboration and retention.

Tailored to your people

We shape each session around your team's context and goals. With trained facilitators and ready-to-run formats, engaging your people takes minimal lift from your side.
